Lyn Kleinbach

With a degree from Gonzaga University, Lyn began her recruiting career in San Francisco with SK White Consulting, placing top programmers within the IT industry. After relocating to the Capital Region, she joined System 1 Search, where she quickly rose to become the firm’s top recruiter, achieving a $1,000,000 billing year. She later became a partner, leading a Northeast recruiting team specializing in healthcare and driving consistent year-over-year growth.

After 15 successful years, Lyn made an entrepreneurial leap to launch her own boutique recruiting firm, TKG (The Kleinbach Group).

Now celebrating its 20th year, TKG continues to place sales, marketing, and management leaders nationwide within the clinical diagnostics and life sciences markets. Recent successes include multiple nationwide searches in Corporate Accounts and Sales Management. With the launch of a new veterinary business unit, the addition of new recruiters, and continued expansion in its core sectors, TKG is well positioned for its next phase of strategic growth.

Lyn splits her time between Granite Bay and Laguna Beach and is the proud mother of two accomplished children. Her daughter graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University, and her son successfully completed trade school and is building his career with confidence. Married to her best friend, Lyn approaches each day energized and passionate about mentoring emerging professionals, building long-term relationships, and shaping meaningful careers.
