With a degree from Gonzaga University, Lyn began her career in San Francisco with prestigious SK White Consulting recruiting top programmers in the IT industry. After relocating to the Capital Region, she immediately landed a position with System 1 Search, quickly becoming the top recruiter with a $1,000,000 billing year. She became a partner, managing a Northeast recruiting team specializing in all aspects of healthcare, enjoying great success with consistent year-over-year growth. After 15 years, she made an entrepreneurial move to create her own boutique recruiting firm, TKG.
Lyn lives with her two children in Granite Bay. She enjoys their activities, is a member of National Charity League, and loves mentoring college students.
