Recruiter Corner: Kristy Ramirez

What makes my job so enjoyable is that most of the candidates I speak Kristywith seem quite content. But sometimes, as we delve a bit deeper, dissatisfaction is revealed. Sometimes we uncover that a management team is collapsing or that a position is requiring far more travel than was negotiated.

Let’s overcome those challenges together. Life is too short to spend it in an unsatisfying position. I am always working on several positions – with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.

What if I told you that you could earn more money, travel less, and be even more passionate about what you are selling? Let’s chat!

    Hi Kristy,

After 18 years of sales and sales management roles. I would like to transition into full time recruiting for a fortune 1000 company. Any suggestions?

I currently am a consultant creating learning and development (L&D) programs for sales teams in the biotech industry. I am always open to new opportunities. Though I live in Toronto, ON, Canada – I am also open to US jobs so long as they are ok with me working in a home office and flying in (to the office) when necessary.

Let keep me in mind for L&D positions open up!
