A few years ago, Lyn created Women in Diagnostics, a membership group on LinkedIn, as a space where women in our industry can connect, share experiences, and find support. Over the years, we have grown to nearly 700 members, hosted networking and educational webinars, and have several more in the works.
But as the diagnostics industry evolves, so do we. We are proud to now welcome women from across the broader life science sector and introduce our new name: Women in Diagnostics & Life Sciences.
From diagnostics to research, academia, biotech, pharma, and beyond, women are shaping the future of healthcare. By learning from one another, sharing perspectives, and supporting cross-disciplinary collaboration, we strengthen the entire field.
